Day 1: Drive to Queen Elizabeth NP
Begin your uganda wildlife safaris with a drive south western of
Uganda passing a couple of attractions. Stop-over at the Equator for a
few shots. Continue with lunch en-route to Queen Elizabeth National
Park, arriving in the afternoon. Check into your lodge for dinner and
overnight.
Day 2: Game viewing and Kazinga channel safari
Rise early for uganda safaris like morning game drive on the tracks of
Kasenyi where you may track down a pride of Lions, African Elephants,
Buffaloes, Warthogs and numerous Birds. Return to the lodge and after
lunch depart for a memorable Launch on Kazinga channel that connects
Lake Edward and Lake George graced by the beauty of one of the largest
schools of Hippos in Africa, numerous bird species, Crocodiles,
Antelopes, and Buffaloes among others. Return to the lodge for dinner
and overnight.
Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest National Park
After breakfast transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest home of the
popular mountain gorillas via the Ishasha sector famed for the tree
climbing lions. Pass through the Switzerland of East Africa all the
way to Bwindi.
Day4: Gorilla Trekking
Early morning breakfast and we are off to the park headquarters where
the Park rangers will brief you about the gorilla trekking experience.
Entry in the spectacular forest in search of the Gorilla. It may take
a while before we encounter them but when we finally do we will be
allowed an hour with them before returning to the lodge.
Day 5: Return to Kampala
After a hopefully wonderful trip it’s time to return home. Checkout after breakfast and drive back to Kampala with some stopovers as deemed necessary.
